princess bed

so this post is a little late in coming, as this bed was my mothers day gift! if you are wondering how a bed for someone else counts as a mothers day gift it does!!! because i was tired of sleeping on the floor next to Ivy's tiny crib mattress night after long sleepless night. So Shawn being the sweetie he is, let me pick a pretty princess bed for Ivy's room. when i saw this one i just fell in love with it! even though it was a little more then we should have spent, He got it for us! which made me soo happy!

So that night Shawn (with Williams help) set the bed up.William with his drill... and daddy with his!

And Ivy and I have been enjoying it ever since!

I am still looking for the perfect super girlie lace and ruffly pink bedding set and a canopy.
but its good for now!
