blue berries!

we went to a local blue berry farm? or patch? not sure what you would call it... lets just say a place to pick lovely blueberries! we went as a family last Friday evening and we all thoroughly enjoyed our selves! i was pretty disappointed that our own blueberry bushes failed to produce much in the way of berries this year. but, it was kind of a good thing... because other wise i am not sure if i would have bothered to find this fun, little, very kid friendly, blue berry picking... place! so yea for me! and my infertile bushes!

they met some strange new friends...

it was so much fun that we took grandma Stevenson the fallowing Tuesday!
~and found another Caterpillar friend~ ...and a few other 8 legged friends who I was not as excited about!but was truly glad grandma was there to take care of those ones.
(there were several spiders grandma picked up right off of Williams jacket! with her fingers! and if that's not bad enough she let them crawl all over her while the kids watched in delight!)
any ways.... we had such fun we plan to go again next week when Oma comes to visit!
