beauty and a geek!

so other then Ivy's obsession with everything girlie, she also has a thing for high end electronics! (i think both of my kids are doomed to this because of their dad!) but any ways, if it has buttons, blinking lights or looks like something she shouldn't be touching... it is what ivy wants to play with!
on more then one occasion i have found the kids messing with dads camera, computer, game systems, TV, DVD player, cell phones, ect. and as trying to keep them away from them isn't working!!! we have been teaching the kids how to use them properly!... i am proud to say the kids now know how to turn on and off the TV and DVD player, can put movies in and out, and are also quite efficient at navigating the web....mostly noggin and nick Jr web sites. and playing a few fun kid games on the DS! at times i regret it... like when we are watching a movie and Ivy decides its not what she feels like watching and turns it off! but other then that... its kind of cool to have them go pick out a movie and turn it on them selves!
