blast from the past!

On Friday night i decided we would watch a movie together as a family, and William picked this little gem of a movie! he had never seen it before and he was very excited.

Quest for Camelot!

As we were watching, a flood of memories filled my mind! and i was as gitty as if it were my first time watching it too. (except i knew the words to every song!) lol
~ I remembered My sister Bree sang "on my fathers wings" at a voice recital.
~ how Bree and I talked about naming our future daughters Kailey after the girl in the movie.
~ I still teared up when the mom sang "the prayer" song as her daughter runs for her life.
~ I giggled with Shawn at the redundancy of the words in the song" i stand alone!"

all in all it was a very enjoyable evening! and if you want to have a family movie night i would totally recommend this fun flick!
