my tattoo!

OK, now before any one freaks out (dad) i did NOT get a tattoo, it has just been one of those silly fantasies of mine that i think about to amuse myself. any ways, after much deliberation i have finally decided on what i would like to get, i want a 3 piece tattoo on my left wrist (where all the veins are) not the top part. and it would be blue wild sweet William flowers hugged by some green and yellow round tip ivy and some pretty script (mixed in to fill ) all placed in front of a halved tribal sun in shades of yellow and orange with a Roxy styled (but more rounded) heart in the middle. i have a few rough sketches, i will add to the the post once i have them scanned. although it will not be the final look of the tattoo because i want it to be a more realistic looking and a colored tat, which i don't have the skills to draw myself, but i feel this give you a good idea of the concept i am going for.

now the meaning of all the elements are what made me choose this tattoo instead of just getting some random tramp stamp or pretty butterfly. i designed it to really represent what i have overcome and what i have now.

sun: to take life one day at a time, also like the sun rises i can rise above my past, plus the sun just makes me happy.
wild sweet william flowers: are for my son William, who is both sweet and wild! :)
ivy leaves: for my daughter Ivy, who is petite yet very strong like ivy vines are
the heart: for Shawn the love of my life

how ever as cool as getting this tattoo would be, it will never happen (sigh) for a couple of reasons, one being i am a big baby when it comes to pain, and i would more then likely pass out or wimp out before the thing was finished. 2- Shawn doesn't really like tattoos especially ones that will be visible at all times, 3 - i am already some what of an out cast in my church so getting a tattoo would probably only ostracise me more, as tattoo's are not well excepted. but i can dream.
