i was having a rough day, so i thought i would bake a few pies! and share it with the ones i love,
my amazing grandma Stevenson taught me how to make her famously wonderful pies
when i was a girl, and i have enjoyed making them ever since.
its a fun way to keep my hands busy serve others and gain a few pounds while i am at it!
not to mention, it always brings back memories of being with grandma in her kitchen, getting flour every where and our hands nice and dirty mixing the pie crust! as we giggled and talked about anything and every thing. (just one of the many great memories i have of her!)
