one of these things is not like the other....

one of these things just doesn't belong...

(sorry if this is a little irreverent... but i HAD TOO!)

SO ...you may be wondering what would poses me to play this silly little game with our beloved saviors image... and i assure you, the reason is well worth the sacrilege!

in the beginning of the summer i took the kids to their very first symphony!
(which surprisingly they LOVED!)
any how...we get into the theater and all the little girls in our group are sitting next to each other, so Ivy asks if she can sit with them too, so i ask my friend Melinda (one of the other mom's) if it would be OK for Ivy to take the seat next to her... and consequently all the other girls...
she agrees to the arrangement, and the symphony begins...
through out the performances they project a giant image of each songs composer and a blurb of information about them on the wall above the stage.
it was lovely...
well after the symphony...
Melinda comes up to me and tells me what a cute and funny little girl Ivy is,
and then starts busting up laughing... confused at the out burst, she began to explain to me...
that when they played one of Johannes Brahms songs and his picture popped up,
Ivy got all excited and turned to Melinda and said" i know who that it!"
Melinda: "really? who is he?"
Ivy: "its Jesus!"
Melinda:"are you sure? cause i don't think that's who that is?!"
(trying her hardest not to laugh i am sure!)
Ivy: "yes! we have pictures of him at our house! its Jesus!"
and the conversation went on... and eventually ended with Ivy completely convinced, and would not be persuaded other wise, that she was right and that was Jesus!
(we still get a good little giggle out of it, when ever the symphony comes up!)
