today my baby girl turned 5 years old!!!!
you only get to turn 5 once so we tried to make it a special day!
beginning with being woken up with a big hug and kiss from William,
who eagerly reminded her today was her BIG day!
ivy chose to have cinnamon sugar toast for birthday breakfast with a few slices of watermelon. over breakfast we talked about the different, plans and things she wanted to do,
to make her 5th birthday special!......and this is what we came up with!

1. extra special surprise bubble bath
(complete with tons of balloons)
2. make cinnamon rolls with mommy (she LOVES to bake and help in the kitchen)
3. watch a fun barbie movie together and eat pop corn and drink pink lemonade!
4. go to the store and pick some fun toys with the birthday money she got!
(she picked out 5 new Barbie dolls and a dragon)
5. play with mom and Will!... we had a blast playing with her new dolls and dragon
..not to brag but my kids have so fantastic imaginations!
6. have burritos for dinner!... check!
7. watch a Gnomeo and Juliet
(which was actually very sweet...because she knew it would make William happy!)
8. have cinnamon rolls with dad and blow out her candles!
9. play video games with dad and William
she got so many phone calls and emails from family and friends wishing her a happy birthday! and it just made her feel so loved! she went to bed a very happy 5 year old!
