november 09 highlights...

YEP, i got it!

tho it was terribly miserable,
it got me out of packing up the house for the move!
i lost about 10 pounds, and...
i got wonderfully pampered by my sweet family!
(luckily no one else caught it)

THE MOVE...
good bye Oregon house.... we will miss you November 16th our house finally closed and we became official vagrants...
as we headed down to ARIZONA and boldly face this new chapter in our lives.
Du dun dunnnn!...

so we were graciously homed by loving and generous family...
1 month with Joey and Stephanie
and a little over a month with Dan and Elissa
as we searched and waited for a new house to call our own.
(THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!)

Exploring AZ....
While William has been excited to learn
and explore the desert terrain and wild life,
Ivy has mostly enjoyed the fantastic winter weather AZ. has to offer,
waking up every morning to a 3 year old jumping on top of you,
shouting in utter delight
"its a sunny day! its a sunny day!"
isn't a bad way to start your day!
we will see how long it last!***

we went to the desert botanical gardens...
with Stephanie and the cousins to see the butterfly exhibit,
which by the way was Incredible!

we have had several opportunity to experience the many
fantastic parks
around the phoenix area....
tho they are loving the sunshine...
i think the familiar puddles
were a bit of comfort to them during this transition.***
SHAWN TURNS 33!!!The kids and i baked him a chocolate cake as well as a batch of his favorite peanut butter cookies!
we also celebrated his birthday with the whole Lyman family on thanks giving...
we all got together at Dan and Elissa's for that,
and enjoyed a wonderful meal with family and friends.

and that was our November.
