so last night i had a girls night...(see future post)
while Shawn and his brother Mike took the kids up to the farm house for an evening of baby sitting! (sweet huh!)
when they came home, i asked Ivy if she had fun? she told me( in her sad little voice) that William was mean and she had to go poop in a bucket!!!! to which Shawn explained....
he had just taken her potty, and so when she came into the kitchen a few minutes later to tell him she had to go potty again, they thought she was just looking for attention, or something... cause Mike then gave her a little tin bucket and said "then you can go in this!" ~ gasp!
( can you imagine what my poor little 2 year old most have thought!)....
well the joke was on them, because as soon as they went back to what ever they were doing, ivy did just that! went poop right in the bucket! and they didn't even know till they noticed the smell as she handed them the pot!! LOL
sigh... i am just glad i got my night out!
